Alpaca dubbing is a hollow and naturally water-repellent fiber, making it perfect for dry flies. When mixed with synthetic fibers, however, it is also excellent for nymphs and emergers.
This product was born from the collaboration and under the supervision of IronSedge , a well-known Italian fly tyer with decades of experience in fly fishing and fly tying.
The blends are handmade and, except for the olive, they’re 100% natural with no dyes. The selected shades are inspired by the main insects found in nature.
Alpaca hair is a very covering material, so it's best to use it sparingly for best results.
