High-quality synthetic material designed for modern fly tying, ideal for building large streamers and high-volume brushes. The Mylar® fibers are wider and tougher than standard Angel Hair, delivering increased durability, brightness, and movement in the water without absorbing moisture. The result is flies that stay light, lively, and easy to cast, even in larger profiles.
We intentionally chose to offer only the Saltwater version because it is clearly more resistant and durable, especially when used for brushes and big streamers. At the same time, we strongly recommend and offer it for freshwater use as well: its characteristics make it perfect for streamers targeting marble trout, pike, black bass, catfish, and other large freshwater predators.
